Why We Carry It
OsteoProCare® is more than calcium in liquid form. It combines calcium with vitamin D3 and magnesium, along with a broad spectrum of trace and ultra-trace minerals. It also includes vegetable-sourced glucosamine hydrochloride for joint support.
That’s an important distinction for us. Bone health involves more than simply getting enough calcium. Vitamin D helps the body absorb calcium, while magnesium and a number of trace minerals have their own roles in maintaining normal bones and supporting the processes involved in bone formation and mineralization. OsteoProCare® brings many of those nutrients together in one formula rather than treating calcium as though it works alone.
We also like having a serious calcium supplement in liquid form. Calcium tablets can be large and cumbersome, particularly when you’re taking enough to provide a meaningful amount of calcium. OsteoProCare® provides an alternative for people who would rather take a measured liquid than add more large pills to their daily routine.

Which one should I choose?
Don’t overthink it. I consider both solid choices. OsteoProCare® has the broader trace-mineral profile and is the formula I have the longest history with. Ultimate Osteo fx™ has a somewhat simpler mineral profile and adds MSM. Either way, you don’t need a degree in calcium chemistry to make a good choice.
I’ve been selling OsteoProCare® for 20 years, and some of the most welcome calls I receive are from customers who want to send me their latest DEXA scans. I’ve held those scans in my hands and seen testing points stabilize and, in some cases, improve after skeptical customers decided to give a serious liquid calcium supplement a year as part of their bone-health routine. More than once, I’ve heard that their doctor looked at the results and said some version of, “I don’t know what you’re doing, but keep on doing it!”
That’s one reason I’m particular about the calcium supplements I sell. I don’t want to offer you calcium just for the sake of putting a big calcium number on the label. How to Use It
Shake well before use. Take 1 Tbsp. in the morning, and 1 Tbsp. in the evening, preferably with food or drink. Do not exceed the recommended serving. For best results, refrigerate after opening and use within 40 days. Note: During initial use, if experiencing intestinal cleansing or loose stool, reduce consumption by half and slowly increase to recommended amount.

Product Questions
Why is OsteoProCare® taken in two servings? The manufacturer’s directions divide the daily amount between morning and evening. Dividing calcium intake also avoids taking the full daily amount at one time.
Do I have to take OsteoProCare® with food? No. The manufacturer says it can be taken with food or drink. If you experience stomach upset or loose stool when you first begin using it, reduce the amount and gradually work up to the recommended serving.
If I buy the 4-pack, do I have to refrigerate all four bottles? No. Store unopened bottles in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate the bottle you’re using after opening.
Is liquid calcium really easier than taking calcium pills? If you’ve ever looked at a giant calcium tablet and wondered whether you were supposed to swallow it or build something with it, liquid may be worth considering.
