The Fine Print
A Note About AI and This Website: I built this website myself, with AI assistance for HTML, markup, editing, grammar, and organizing some of my ideas into finished content. The perspectives, product selections, sources, personal experiences, and health and wellness education reflected throughout the site are my own. Product references were researched and selected by me.
