How to Use It
Body Balance™: Shake before use. Drink ½ cup (120 mL/4 fl. oz.) as directed. Can be taken on an empty stomach. Refrigerate after opening.
OsteoProCare®: Shake well before use. Take 1 Tbsp. in the morning and 1 Tbsp. in the evening. Do not exceed the recommended serving. It may be taken with food or drink. For best results, refrigerate after opening and use within 40 days.
Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medications, consult your healthcare professional before using these products.

Product Questions
Which Baseline Pack is the best value? The larger packs offer the biggest dollar savings compared with buying the same quantities of Body Balance™ and OsteoProCare® separately. But the best value is the one you’ll actually use. If you’re just getting started with the two products, a smaller pack may make more sense; if they’re already part of your regular routine, buying a larger pack can save you more.
Do I need to clear out a whole kitchen cabinet for Baseline Ultra? Probably not, but you will be getting ten bottles! Baseline Ultra contains eight bottles of Body Balance™ and two bottles of OsteoProCare®, so it’s intended for someone who knows they’ll be using both products regularly and would rather stock up and save than reorder as often. And you only have to store unopened bottles in a cool, dry place, not the fridge!
Does Baseline contain Body Balance™ 2.0? At present, Youngevity identifies the current Baseline packs as containing original Body Balance™. Body Balance™ 2.0 is a separate formula. If Youngevity changes the products included in Baseline in the future, we will update this page accordingly.

Can I change or cancel autoship? Yes. You will receive an email from Youngevity as a reminder before your next shipment, with a number to call if you wish to skip or cancel your autoship.
