Our Curated Standard
We favor whole-food and plant-based nutrition whenever practical, while recognizing that some nutrients are best delivered through thoughtfully formulated supplements. Every product we carry is evaluated for its ingredients, formulation, and how well it aligns with our standards before we recommend it.
Why These Ingredients Matter
| Ingredient | Why |
|---|---|
| Glucosamine HCl | A widely studied joint-health ingredient, although clinical findings have been mixed and results should not be assumed to apply to every glucosamine form or formula1,2 |
| Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) | An organosulfur compound studied alone and in combination with glucosamine in research examining joint comfort and function2 |
| Vitamin C | An essential nutrient required for collagen formation, with research examining its broader relationship to cartilage and bone health3 |
| Vitamin K | An essential nutrient involved in normal bone metabolism, with research also examining relationships between vitamin K status and joint health4 |
| Zinc | An essential mineral involved in normal skeletal growth and bone homeostasis5 |
| Ipriflavone | An isoflavone derivative that has been studied in human bone research, particularly in older studies involving postmenopausal bone loss; study doses were substantially higher than the amount supplied by FlexeoPlus®6 |
Want both bone and joint nutritional support? The Bone & Joint Pack combines FlexeoPlus® and OsteoProCare® at a lower price than purchasing them separately.
Know where your supplements have been. Your order ships directly from Youngevity, not from a third-party reseller. You may find the same product for a few dollars less elsewhere, but with reseller inventory, it can be difficult to know how long a product has been stored or under what conditions.

Why We Carry It
FlexeoPlus® has been part of LiquidWholeFood for about as long as Body Balance™ and OsteoProCare® — which means I first started carrying it before I became plant-based and, apparently, sometime around when I ran barefoot with the dinosaurs.
Its formulation has changed some over those years, but we chose to continue carrying it for a simple reason: we have longtime customers who swear by it. Some have used FlexeoPlus® on its own, while others have taken it as part of the Bone & Joint Pack for years.
FlexeoPlus® is admittedly an unusual fit in today’s carefully curated, plant-focused LiquidWholeFood catalog. Rather than pretend otherwise, we’d rather be transparent about that history and its ingredients. It remains here because it has earned a place with longtime customers and because its combination of nutrients gives us a distinct bone-and-joint formula that isn’t duplicated elsewhere in our collection.
Why I Recommend It
My own history with FlexeoPlus® started with knee pain that was interfering with something important to me: exercising outside. I began taking FlexeoPlus®, and after roughly eight weeks, my knee pain went away and I was able to get back outside and exercise again. That’s my personal experience, not a promise of what FlexeoPlus® will do for someone else’s knees, but it’s one reason this product has stayed on my radar for so many years.
I also like that FlexeoPlus® isn’t built around a single headline ingredient. It combines several nutrients that have been studied specifically in bone and joint research. Some of those ingredients don’t shine quite as brightly in the scientific literature as they once appeared to as researchers have continued asking better questions and conducting more studies. I actually think that’s worth saying rather than pretending twenty-year-old supplement claims never age.
Taken together, though, I think the formula still represents a solid, reasonable option to try for your own bone and joint support. That’s the way I recommend FlexeoPlus® today: not as a miracle for aching joints, but as a longstanding formula with an interesting combination of researched nutrients and a history — both with me and with some of my longtime customers — that has earned it a place in the LiquidWholeFood catalog.

Frequently Asked Questions
Product Questions
Can I dilute FlexeoPlus® in water to take it? Yes. Some of my longtime customers tell me they prefer to put their serving in a water bottle and sip it over time.
Why do you still carry FlexeoPlus® if research on glucosamine is mixed? Because mixed evidence isn’t the same thing as no evidence, and FlexeoPlus® isn’t simply glucosamine. We look at the entire formula, the research on its individual nutrients, its long history in our catalog, and the experience of customers who have chosen to keep using it. We present it as a reasonable nutritional option to try, not as a proven treatment for joint pain.
Can I take FlexeoPlus® instead of OsteoProCare®? They serve different purposes. FlexeoPlus® is a targeted bone-and-joint formula built around Glucosamine HCl, MSM, and other supporting nutrients, while OsteoProCare® is a broader liquid calcium and mineral formula. Some longtime customers use the products together rather than treating one as a replacement for the other.
So FlexeoPlus® has been here almost as long as the dinosaurs, too? Pretty much. At this point, it may have seniority over me.
