Why is the Rose roller diluted to 1%? Essential oils are highly concentrated. This roller is already blended with jojoba carrier oil at a 1% concentration, so there is no need to measure or dilute the essential oil yourself before normal adult use as directed.
Is this only for bedtime? No. We include it in our Sleep & Relaxation collection because Damask rose aromatherapy has been studied in relation to sleep quality and anxiety, but the portable roller can also be incorporated into a relaxation routine at other times of day.
Do I need a diffuser to use it for aromatherapy? No. One advantage of a roller is that it gives you a simple, portable way to enjoy the aroma without setting up a diffuser or handling concentrated essential oil.
