A note about the vitamin D3: I have not received confirmation from the manufacturer that the vitamin D3 in Renu iQ™ is sourced from algae or lichen. Out of an abundance of caution, I am not using the vegan icon.

Bacopa has been studied for memory and cognitive function, while rhodiola has been studied for areas including stress and fatigue. The formula also contains antioxidant-rich plant ingredients, including pomegranate, grape seed extract and resveratrol.
Why are bacopa and rhodiola included together? They bring different areas of research to the formula. Bacopa has been studied primarily for memory and other aspects of cognitive performance, while rhodiola has been studied for its adaptogenic properties and its potential role in helping the body respond to stress and fatigue. Renu iQ™ combines them rather than relying on a single botanical for the entire formula.
Why does Renu iQ™ include vitamin B6, folate and vitamin B12? These B vitamins have established roles in normal neurological function and homocysteine metabolism. They are frequently associated with brain-health nutrition, although taking additional B vitamins should not be interpreted to mean that they will improve memory or prevent cognitive decline.
Couldn’t I just get all of this by drinking the individual herbs as tea? Possibly, but at some point supporting your brain shouldn’t require a beverage management system.
