Is CoreAO something I should take only when I feel like I’m getting sick? CoreAO is formulated as a daily nutritional supplement rather than a product intended only for occasional use. Its vitamin C, vitamin D3 and zinc support normal immune function, while its botanical blend provides a variety of plant-derived compounds with antioxidant activity.
Can I take CoreAO if I take medications? Because CoreAO contains multiple botanical extracts as well as BioPerine, follow the label warning and consult your healthcare professional if you take medications. Piperine in particular can affect the metabolism and bioavailability of some compounds, which makes this caution meaningful rather than simply boilerplate.
Why are the amounts of vitamin C, zinc and vitamin D different from individual supplements? CoreAO is designed to complement the nutrients you receive from your daily diet rather than provide megadoses of individual vitamins and minerals. More isn’t always better when it comes to supplements. For example, the body absorbs about 70–90% of vitamin C at moderate intakes, while absorption drops below 50% at doses above 1,000 mg. CoreAO provides these nutrients as part of a broader daily formula rather than trying to maximize the dose of any one nutrient.7
