How do I take the BENEW™ System?

The BENEW™ System has 3 components: a daily, filling meal replacement Protein Shake, a twice daily Metabolism Booster supplement, and a once daily Gentle Cleanse detoxifier. The Gentle Cleanse product is taken only for the first 7 days. The meal replacement can be taken for any of your standard meals. The booster is taken either before or with breakfast and lunch.
