Life Force International will consider you our customer for 12 months following your last purchase from us. By clicking the final "submit" on your order page, you are authorizing and granting permission to LiquidWholeFood.com to register you as our customer. If you wish to become the customer of another LFI seller, just contact us so we can honor that request. While we will quickly process paperwork to initiate this change, please note that Life Force can take up to 90 days to process that request on their end.

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied, you will receive a 100% refund or replacement, less original shipping and handling costs, when product(s) is (are) returned either used or unused and received by Life Force International (LFI) within 45 days of the purchase date. Once LFI's shipping department receives the products(s), refunds will be issued within 30 days. Returns exceeding 45 days of the purchase date will not be honored, whether the product(s) is (are) sealed or opened. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Proof of purchase (invoice, copy of invoice, or invoice number) is required for all refunds and replacements. If you do not have your original invoice, LiquidWholeFood.com can provide you with your original invoice number if you contact us here. Life Force International recommends emptying the bottles you return to save on shipping costs. Your refund will occur within 30 days of receiving your product/products. Returns must be made to LFI's Distribution center, not to LiquidWholeFood.com. How to Cancel Your Automatic Monthly Delivery (Autoship) Program

Unlike many "automatic delivery" plans, you are not required to make any minimum purchase with Life Force International's automatic monthly delivery (autoship) program. All Life Force asks is that you notify them five (5) business days before the shipment of your product. For instance, if your autoship is scheduled to ship on the 23rd of every month, you must notify Life Force five days before, or by the 18th of the month, that you don't want that month's shipment. If the 18th is on a Saturday or Sunday, you will need to contact them via email at lifeforce%lifeforce.net. (Please replace the "%" with the "@" symbol. We had to write it this way due to spammers.) Monday through Friday, you may contact Life Force customer service at the following numbers:
