There are 27 questions in multiple choice, true or false, and written answer format. Completing the application will take about 15 minutes. Each question is assigned a predetermined value based on the response, and the final total will constitute the applicant's score. Applicants who pass will receive a certification seal for their website that, when clicked, will show the date of their certification and an explanation of the award. Applicants scoring less than 91% will receive feedback on their responses and be encouraged to submit again.
