Contest Rules:

1.Introduction: The "Win Free Shipping and Taxes" Rebate Contest" (the "Contest") offered by LiquidWholeFood.com ("the site") is an ongoing monthly contest which begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on the first of every month and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on the last day of the month throughout 2008 ("Contest Period"). The only exception to this provision is if the contest offer appears on the site's index page (home page) previous to May 1, 2008. In the event this occurs, the contest begins the moment it appears online in April 2008 and the April entries will be included in the May 2008 drawing. Online access via the LiquidWholeFood.com website (as detailed below) is required for detailed information and instructions.

2. Description: Every month, any person who has placed an order through LiquidWholeFood.com will be entered into a random drawing. Every additional separate order this individual places will count as an additional entry into the monthly drawing. All orders placed on the "autoship" program will qualify as two (2) entries, and will automatically be entered into the drawing every subsequent month the autoship remains in place. On the first day of each month, an independent party ("independent" meaning not a customer or member of Life Force International, nor has ever received product from Life Force International, nor is employed or renumerated by LiquidWholeFood.com) will randomly draw one name from this collection of entries from the previous month. The winner will be eligible to receive a full rebate of all shipping fees, handling fees (if applicable), and taxes (if applicable) paid from orders through the LiquidWholeFood.com website for the previous month, up to $30. Shipping, handling, and tax costs in excess of $30 will remain the winner's responsibility. If shipping costs for the total orders in the month are less than $30, only the exact cost of shipping, handling, and taxes will be refunded. This prize will be awarded approximately 31 days after the date of the order which qualified you for your entry or on the last day of the month of the drawing, and will be sent via USPS with a delivery confirmation to the address specified on the "Deliver to" part of the shopping cart. SHOULD THE CUSTOMER OR MEMBER RETURN THE PRODUCT(S) ORDERED FROM THE LIQUIDWHOLEFOOD.COM SITE TO LIFEFORCE INTERNATIONAL WITHIN THIS MONTH-LONG PERIOD, OR SHOULD A CUSTOMER OR MEMBER CANCEL THEIR AUTOSHIP PROGRAM BEFORE RECEIVING THEIR SECOND AUTOSHIP ORDER, NO SHIPPING REBATE WILL BE AWARDED. In addition, if no purchase has been made from the site in the period stated, no refund for shipping will be offered. (This is a legal clause which must be included in these complete rules, and, although true, LiquidWholeFood.com assumes no responsibility for how ridiculous it sounds.) All other entries, except for the winning entry, will not be added to the current month's eligible entries.

3. Eligibility: Contest is offered to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and have Internet access. Those NOT ELIGIBLE to enter this contest are:

• Employees, immediate family members (spouse, mother, father, sister, brother, ward, daughter or son) and/or members of the households of such employees of LiquidWholeFood.com;
• Customers not under LiquidWholeFood.com sponsorship who have had an ID# assigned to them by Life Force International within the last 12 months from the date of their entry;
• Customers not under LiquidWholeFood.com sponsorship who have had an ID# assigned to them by Life Force International previous to the last 12 months from the date of their entry but have placed any order on that ID# in the last 12 months;
• Members under LiquidWholeFood.com sponsorship who have an active downline ("active" meaning they have had at least one member or customer ordering from them previous to April 26, 2008);

4. To Enter: During the Contest Period, go to http://www.LiquidWholeFood.com/contest.html (the "Web Site") to review Contest rules, guidelines, read information on how to enter the Contest, and register for the Contest via a purchase (or by the other means specified in these rules). Access to this page is also available from the index (home) page of the site.

5. Participation:

a. PREVIOUS LIQUIDWHOLEFOOD.COM CUSTOMERS ARE ELIGIBLE TO REGISTER FOR A PRIZE, HOWEVER, THE PREVIOUS CUSTOMER MUST STILL BE UNDER THE SPONSORSHIP OF LIQUIDWHOLEFOOD.COM. All provisions for the contest must still be met to be eligible for the prize.
b. No purchase necessary. To enter this contest without making a purchase from the site, send your name, street address, city, state, phone number, and the sentence "Please enter me into the "Win Free Shipping and Taxes" Rebate Contest" via the contact form on the site. Limit one (1) entry of this nature per household or Life Force International ID# per month. If no purchase is made in the month of the entry submitted under this provision, entrant will not be eligible for the prize and another winner will be picked
c. Contestants must be at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and have Internet access.
d. Other considerations:

i. Any apparent violation of the LiquidWholeFood.com Terms of Service appearing on the site may result in disqualification at the contest holder's discretion. The contest holder reserves the right to request changes to submitted entries. Contestants will need to have the time and resources available to make any changes requested by the contest holder to be considered eligible for placement. No entries can be posted outside the Web Site during the Contest Period.
ii. Entries received via the Site after 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the last day of the month will be deemed ineligible for participation in the Contest for the previous month, but will be entered in the current month's drawing. Any attempt at entry except as above stated shall be void.
iii. BY RESPONDING TO THE WINNING NOTIFICATION ACCORDING TO THE INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED THEREIN, YOU ARE ACCEPTING THE PRIZE AWARDED IN THE AMOUNT STATED ON THE CHECK. By accepting the prize, winners consent to the use of their first and last names, city, and state of residence for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes by LiquidWholeFood.com, without additional notice or compensation, except where prohibited by law. Entrants agree that any and all disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Entrants agree that the conditions of submission set forth in these Official rules, and all documents and agreements incorporated in these Official rules by reference, solely govern the relationship between entrants and Sponsor in connection with this Contest.

6. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for illegible, lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete entries, system errors and failures, faulty transmissions, or other telecommunications malfunctions. Sponsor assumes no responsiblity for lost, misdirected, or otherwise delayed mail. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any email concerning this contest being caught in the winner's spam filter. Be sure to tell your email provider that the "@LiquidWholeFood.com" domain is allowed through your filters.

7. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate or suspend the Contest should any unauthorized intervention or other cause beyond the control of the Sponsor affect the administration or conduct of the Contest.

8. The rights granted under this paragraph shall extend to LiquidWholeFood.com with respect to all entries and all other submitted materials related to the Contest, including those submitted by non-winners and winners.

9. All taxes and any other costs and expenses not specifically stated within these Official rules are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes may not be transferred, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Specifics of the prizes are in Sponsor 's sole discretion.

10. If you win: The selected potential winners will be notified by email or telephone within twenty-four (24) hours of the close of the monthly Contest Period. The potential winners will have ten (10) days from the moment such notification is issued to respond to such notification by following the instructions provided therein. If the potential winner does not reply to the notification within ten (10) days of its issuance, he/she will be disqualified, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected, at Sponsor's discretion. If, after a period of seven (7) days, the winner is unable to be notified, he/she will be disqualified, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected, at Sponsor's discretion. In the event of noncompliance with either the rules or any of these time periods, an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor's discretion. Sponsor has the right to revise dates and procedures mentioned in these rules.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: ENTRANTS HEREBY AGREE TO RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS LIQUIDWHOLEFOOD.COM EMPLOYEES AND FAMILY MEMBERS OF THE EMPLOYEES (COLLECTIVELY, THE "RELEASEES") FROM ANY CLAIMS, ACTIONS, INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATING IN THIS CONTEST, INABILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS CONTEST OR FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, OR USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE AWARDED OR PARTICIPATION OR INABILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY PRIZE-RELATED ACTIVITY. THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IS A COMPREHENSIVE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY THAT APPLIES TO ALL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND THE PROVISIONS REGARDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE VOID IN SOME PROVINCES WHERE IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE PRESCRIBED BY LAW. Releasees are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, damaged, or stolen entries or submissions, or problems of any kind, whether mechanical, human or electronic. Releasees are not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, inability to access a website, fraud, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions or inaccurate transcription of entry information, whether caused by LiquidWholeFood.com, users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. LiquidWholeFood.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend part or all of this Contest, or modify these Official rules at any time without notice, if in the Sponsor's opinion there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Contest, or if virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or integrity and proper play of the Contest. In such event, LiquidWholeFood.com may void any entries they suspect are at issue and award prizes from among all eligible entries received up to the date of cancellation. WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEB SITE OR ANY ONLINE SERVICE RELATED TO THIS PROMOTION OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THECONTEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entrants who violate the rules or interfere with this Contest in any manner. If an entrant is disqualified, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate that entrant's eligibility to participate in the Contest or any other contest offered by the site. Any attempts by an individual to access any web site associated with this competition via a bot script or other brute force attack or any other unauthorized means will result in the IP address and all entries from that IP address becoming ineligible. Use of automated entry devices or programs is prohibited.

12. Cheating: Participants agree not to knowingly damage or cause interruption of the Contest and/or prevent others from utilizing the Contest. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE COMPETITION VIOLATES CRIMINAL OR CIVIL LAWS. IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE, SPONSOR MAY DISQUALIFY ANY PARTICIPANTS MAKING SUCH ATTEMPT AND SPONSOR MAY SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. This Contest and these Official rules are governed, construed and interpreted under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and any or all claims pursuant to these shall be brought in the courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any provision of these rules deemed unenforceable will be enforced to the extent permissible, and the remainder of these rules will remain in effect.
